The reason I decided to have a website was to start blogging. I love photography, and wanted to show my personality behind the photos I take. Some of the projects I will talk about will be for other people, however I suspect most of what I end up blogging about will be for my own fun!

The launch of my website!
Today I'm hitting upload to the website. Firstly, I'd like to thank all the kind people that have given me permission to take their photo, and then show it to the world. None of the subjects in my photos are professional models, but I think they should be! Also, I'd like to thank my beautiful daughter who has to put up with me taking her photo ALL THE TIME! And my husband, who supports me in whatever I do. So thank you everybody!
I'm very excited as I have a few photo sessions planned. This weekend I'm taking the camera to the British Touring Cars at Thruxton, so expect more photos appearing in the Motorsport gallery on here! (fingers crossed that the weather improves!) On the 18th May, I'll be at Bump Into Mums in Basingstoke taking photos for any willing ladies and children. I have a few other irons in the fire, so watch this space!

British Touring Cars, Thruxton
On one of the wettest days of the year we decided it would be fun to watch the BTCC at Thruxton! Luckily, I had bought VIP tickets and we had shelter with motorsport royalty (well, Murray Walker anyway!)
We wrapped Alice up warm and put on her baby ear defenders and headed out to the rain!
It was really grotty and wet, but the VIP passes let us around the paddock, and got to watch the drivers in Parc Ferme. Jason Plato got a handful of Louise!
Alice was still unimpressed with the rain, as the drivers celebrated with champ-aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa-gne!
It was a great day of eating too much and soggy shoes, but we were glad to get home in the dry!
I'm very excited about a shoot later this week, I'll update the blog with a preview from it this weekend :-)

Alfie's 1st Birthday
I was really happy to be asked to take photos at Alfie's birthday party... And what a party!
There was a bouncy castle, baby sensory, cake and lots of food!
